Refunds and Exchanges

Here at LottieMay we take pride in hand selecting, checking and packing all products to make up your gifts, individually for every order.

We do however understand that on occasion there may be need to return items, so we offer a 14 day Refund policy. In order to return, all items must be un-used and in the same condition as received - any packing remaining intact.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on personalised or embroidered items due to the nature of these being made to order.

If for any unfortunate reason you received any faulty or damadged goods, we will ensure you receive a 100% refund.

We do not offer any exchanges at this time.
